Terms & conditions
- 1 Appointments must be scheduled through the Bangladesh Referral Office at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time.
- 2 Original hospital receipts and supporting documents must be submitted to the Bangladesh Referral Office within 30 days from the date of treatment to be eligible for cashback processing.
- 3 Valid bank account details must be provided for cashback reimbursement.
- 4 For assistance, contact the Bangladesh Referral Office via WhatsApp at +880 1898 796141, available daily.
- 5 This Privilege Card is valid for all cardholders on all services/treatment except Doctors fees and any promotional packages.
